We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Branch to lead our operations and drive growth at our Bahawalnagar and Chishtian branches. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers an opportunity to manage all aspects of branch operations, sales, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Branch will be responsible for:

  • Managing overall branch operations including distribution, warehousing, and administration.

  • Ensuring timely supply and distribution of medicines to clients, hospitals, and pharmacies.

  • Coordinating with sales, accounts, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operational flow.

  • Driving branch-level sales targets and monitoring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintaining inventory control, stock audits, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Supervising branch staff, assigning responsibilities, and evaluating performance.

  • Handling HR matters at the branch, including attendance, leave management, and performance monitoring.

  • Preparing and submitting operational and financial reports to the CEO.

  • Ensuring branch compliance with company SOPs, distribution standards, and legal guidelines.

  • Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: MBA (mandatory), preferably in Supply Chain, Marketing, or Management.

  • Experience: 5–7 years in:

    • Branch or distribution management

    • Pharmaceutical sales and supply chain

    • Administration and team leadership

    • HR exposure is an added advantage

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution channels and compliance standards.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to handle operational challenges and make timely decisions.
