BEC Legal Systems is evolving from traditional Windows client/server development to hosted web applications on Microsoft Azure. The company seeks a manager to lead and mentor Web, Windows, and Office developers through this transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and guide the development team.

  • Collaborate with R&D leadership to define sprints, track metrics, and ensure on-time delivery.
