The Role
We are hiring an Employment Counsel Partner in New York (Hybrid, Midtown Manhattan). This role offers the chance to advise clients on high-level employment law matters while working closely with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on a full range of labor and employment law matters.

Represent clients in arbitration, mediation, grievance proceedings, and collective bargaining.

Manage NLRB (National Labor Relations Board) proceedings and employment litigation.

Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, agreements, and workplace policies.

Administer collective bargaining agreements.

Counsel on terminations, discrimination claims, workplace investigations, and wage/hour compliance.

Provide training and updates on employment law developments.

Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to mitigate employment-related risks.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York Bar (New Jersey admission is a plus).

8+ years of employment and labor law experience.

Strong litigation, negotiation, and drafting skills.

Proven experience with NLRB proceedings.

Ability to deliver practical, business-oriented advice.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Prior professional services or law firm experience preferred.
